General Question

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.
  • We also accept payment via “Cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product.

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?

When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive an email once the order is placed. Payment has to be made at the time of delivery.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: 
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

COD services for any order are free.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Additional shipping charges may be applicable.

How do I place an order?

  • Select a category
  • Select size and quantity
  • Click on “add to cart”
  • Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart
  • Click on check out after checking your purchase details
  • Enter all the required details
  • Enter any discount coupon code if applicable
  • Select one of the payment options (COD, Card payment)
  • Fill in your payment details and your order is placed!
  • You will receive your order confirmation on your registered email ID. If you haven’t received it, be sure to check your spam.

How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep. We use Bluedart, Air State Couriers, Kamdhenu, On Dot couriers.

Do you take orders over phone?

Yes, we do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery, net transfer or pick up from store. We also take orders through Whatsapp or Instagram in which we can show more options.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If your product is in stock it will be received in 3-4 business days and if not then 8-10 business days.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

You can expect delivery of your order on Monday-Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

Yes if your debit/credit card isn’t working we can always take your order over phone. Do feel free to call us.

Can I cancel my order?

f you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days.
  • The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes exchanges are allowed, however the product must be returned in the same state as when received within a week’s time. The tags must be intact.
