What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.
- We also accept payment via “Cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product.
What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive an email once the order is placed. Payment has to be made at the time of delivery.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:

- Select a category
- Select size and quantity
- Click on “add to cart”
- Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart
- Click on check out after checking your purchase details
- Enter all the required details
- Enter any discount coupon code if applicable
- Select one of the payment options (COD, Card payment)
- Fill in your payment details and your order is placed!
- You will receive your order confirmation on your registered email ID. If you haven’t received it, be sure to check your spam.
How will I know if an order is placed successfully?

Do you take orders over phone?
Yes, we do take orders over phone. The payment mode possible for these orders is Cash On Delivery, net transfer or pick up from store. We also take orders through Whatsapp or Instagram in which we can show more options.

Can I cancel my order?
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days.
- The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
